Registration

Account Cancellation and User Account Closure

Service Price, Purchase Procedure, and Payment Method

The Afternoon Program promoted on www.hedgieshuddledaycare.com is a paid Service.

• The program runs from September 15 to December 12, and includes 11 scheduled sessions.

• The total fee is €275 per child, covering the entire program period, regardless of actual attendance.

• The full amount is due at registration. A payment plan in three installments may be offered, if explicitly indicated.

• Discounts for siblings may apply, as communicated on the program page.

The contract is concluded at the moment the payment transaction for the Service’s purchase is executed. The €275 fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including absence, late start, early withdrawal, or changes in family plans. Children enrolling after the start date are still required to pay the full €275 fee.

Missed sessions are non-refundable. Make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the Owner, subject to availability, and must be used before December 12.

www.hedgieshuddledaycare.com uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact with payment data – such as credit or debit card data – provided by the User.

Contract Execution and Right of Withdrawal

The contract in question relates to the provision of in-person childcare services within the defined period. By completing the purchase, the User acknowledges that the service is tied to fixed dates (September 15 – December 12) and expressly accepts that no right of withdrawal or refund applies once registration is completed.

Implicit Acceptance of Hedgie’s Huddle Daycare Regulations

Definitive Service Interruption

• Il programma si svolge dal 15 settembre al 12 dicembre e comprende 11 incontri programmati.
• La quota totale è di €275 per bambino, e copre l’intero periodo, indipendentemente dalla frequenza effettiva.
• L’importo deve essere versato al momento della registrazione. È possibile, se indicato, effettuare il pagamento in tre rate.
• Eventuali sconti per fratelli possono applicarsi, come comunicato nella pagina del programma.

Il contratto si intende concluso al momento dell’esecuzione della transazione di pagamento. La quota di €275 è non rimborsabile in nessun caso, comprese assenze, iscrizioni tardive, ritiro anticipato o variazioni dei piani familiari. Anche chi si iscrive dopo l’inizio del programma è tenuto al pagamento dell’intera quota di €275.

Le lezioni perse non sono rimborsabili. Eventuali recuperi potranno essere concessi a discrezione del Proprietario, previa disponibilità, e dovranno svolgersi entro il 12 dicembre.

Esecuzione del Contratto e Diritto di Recesso

Con il completamento dell’acquisto, l’Utente riconosce che il servizio è vincolato al periodo indicato (15 settembre – 12 dicembre) ed accetta espressamente che non si applica alcun diritto di recesso o rimborso dopo l’avvenuta registrazione.

Rivendita del Servizio

Uso Non Autorizzato
