www.hedgieshuddledaycare.com is a website that promotes and markets services for a children’s summer camp, offering daily sessions of 8 hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Each week of the summer camp is valid from Monday to Friday, for a total of 5 days, with a cost of 150 euros per week. The service purchase is weekly and valid only for the selected week.

Registration

To use the service, the User must register, providing truthful and complete information as required in the registration form, and fully accept the privacy policy and these terms and conditions. The User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

Account Cancellation and User Account Termination

A registered User can deactivate their account, request deletion, or cease using the service at any time by directly contacting the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or close the User’s account in case of violation of these terms and conditions, without prior notice.

Service Price, Purchase Procedure, and Payment Methods

The summer camp costs 150 euros per week for 5 days (Monday to Friday). Payment is made weekly, so the purchase is only valid for the selected week. Once purchased, the service is non-refundable, except in specific cases. www.hedgieshuddledaycare.com uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact with the payment data provided by the User.

Cancellation or Postponement of a Week

The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone a week of the summer camp if fewer than 3 children are enrolled. In this case, the User will be notified of the change of date or cancellation of the week.

Execution of the Contract and Right of Withdrawal

The contract for the summer camp is considered concluded upon payment for the booked week. The User acknowledges that, since it is a service related to an event with fixed dates, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the booked services.

Implicit Acceptance of the Summer Camp Regulations

By making a booking, the User implicitly accepts the regulations set by Hedgie’s Huddle Daycare for the summer camp. Service Interruption

In case of service interruption, Hedgie’s Huddle Daycare will make efforts to promptly inform Users and provide alternative solutions, such as rescheduling the booked weeks.

The User is not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the summer camp services without the express permission of the Owner.

Ogni settimana del campo estivo è valida dal lunedì al venerdì, per un totale di 5 giorni, con un costo di 150 euro settimanali. L’acquisto del servizio è settimanale e valido solo per la settimana scelta.

Registrazione

Per utilizzare il servizio, l’Utente deve registrarsi, fornendo in modo veritiero e completo tutti i dati richiesti nel modulo di registrazione, ed accettare pienamente la privacy policy e i presenti termini e condizioni generali di contratto. L’Utente è responsabile della salvaguardia delle proprie credenziali di accesso.

Cancellazione dell’Account e Chiusura dell’Account dell’Utente

L’Utente registrato può disattivare il proprio account, richiederne la cancellazione, o smettere di utilizzare il servizio in qualsiasi momento contattando direttamente il Proprietario. Il Proprietario si riserva il diritto di sospendere o chiudere l’account dell’Utente in caso di violazione dei presenti termini e condizioni generali di contratto, senza preavviso.

Prezzo del Servizio, Procedura di Acquisto e Modalità di Pagamento

Il campo estivo ha un costo di 150 euro a settimana per 5 giorni (dal lunedì al venerdì). Il pagamento avviene settimanalmente, quindi l’acquisto è valido solo per la settimana selezionata. Una volta acquistato, il servizio non è rimborsabile, salvo specifiche eccezioni. www.hedgieshuddledaycare.com utilizza strumenti di terze parti per l’elaborazione dei pagamenti e non viene a contatto con i dati di pagamento forniti dall’Utente.

Risoluzione della Settimana o Posticipo

L’azienda si riserva il diritto di cancellare o posticipare una settimana del campo estivo qualora non si raggiunga un minimo di 3 bambini iscritti. In tal caso, verrà notificato all’Utente il cambio di data o la cancellazione della settimana.

Esecuzione del Contratto e Diritto di Recesso

Il contratto relativo al campo estivo si considera concluso al momento dell’esecuzione del pagamento per la settimana prenotata. L’Utente è consapevole che, essendo un servizio relativo a un evento con date prefissate, il diritto di recesso non si applica ai servizi prenotati.

Accettazione Implicita del Regolamento del Campo Estivo

Effettuando una prenotazione, l’Utente accetta implicitamente il regolamento stabilito da Hedgie’s Huddle Daycare per il campo estivo. È responsabilità dell’utente rivedere e comprendere questi regolamenti prima di effettuare la prenotazione. Interruzione del Servizio

In caso di interruzione del servizio, Hedgie’s Huddle Daycare si adopererà per informare tempestivamente gli Utenti e fornire soluzioni alternative, quali il recupero delle settimane prenotate.

Uso Non Autorizzato

L’Utente non è autorizzato a riprodurre, duplicare, copiare, vendere, rivendere o sfruttare qualsiasi porzione dei servizi del campo estivo senza il permesso espresso del Proprietario.
